Through live master classes and personal training, we’ll get you in your best musical shape for the fall. Tighten up your skills, and flex your creative muscles! We’ll help you attain your personal goals!
MWROC Home Edition Boot Camp offers a full week of intensive musical and creative adventures where attendees explore the depths of their imaginations with the best Artist Mentors in our industry.
Each morning, you’ll participate in a variety of multi-day interactive online courses, with topics including improvisation, composing, arranging, video production, singing, movement, acting, and much more.
Every afternoon, you will have personalized “deep dive mentoring” sessions with our faculty that will allow you to focus on the skills YOU want to work on and improve.
You’ll be performing in a professionally directed and edited music video that we’ll share with the WORLD!

Every evening, we’ll have online social gatherings such as game nights and Cafe Rock and Wreck (aka, our talent shows), plus Faculty Concerts (combining live and pre-recorded performances), hosted on mwroc.anywhereseat.com

This is the platform we’ll all be using to find and take courses, connect with faculty, collaborate on music, and more. Everything is organized into easy-to-find folders, with each faculty member having their own area for you to explore.

OUR ONLINE MUSIC STUDIO
Our online cross-platform music studio where you can collaborate with faculty, friends, and bandmates. And the best part? You don’t need any special gear because you can record directly from your computer or device!
A FREE subscription is included with your tuition, and Soundtrap is incorporated right into our MWROC platform!
SMARTMUSIC:
OUR PRACTICE TOOL
SmartMusic is an online practice tool that will help you learn more about rhythm, sight reading, and other key music concepts. A metronome, tuner, and the ability to loop sections are built right into the app, plus you’ll get immediate feedback to help you correct your pitch. Their huge repertoire library even includes a great selection of Mark Wood’s original music and arrangements. For our music educator attendees, SmartMusic is a great tool for you to have year-round as you assign practice exercises and songs, and monitor individual student progress.

NOTEFLIGHT:
FOR COMPOSITION
Compose, record, and share music on any device! Noteflight offers premium composition features plus you can use the included library of thousands of popular musical scores and lessons. Every user can access their Noteflight account from any computer or device, including Chromebooks, iPads, and smartphones.
DISCORD:
FOR SOCIALIZING
Discord is a free voice and messaging service used around the world and it’s one of the great ways we’ll be able to socialize and hang out in our MWROC world! You’ll be able to connect with each other and with our faculty in a safe online environment with private chat rooms for campers in the under 17 group, and over 18 group.
It can be accessed any time of day or night, so you can leave a message in the dedicated chat room for the Faculty and other campers. There will also be private chat rooms for the 17 and under group and the 18+ group (all monitored by MWROC admins, of course).
DISCORD is a free app that you can download to your phone, tablet, or computer!
